Badge Of Honour

Today in Wananga we are working on another part on the Pink Shirt Day slides. For today's task we had to read a story called Badge Of Honour which was about kids at school who were picked to be leaders but one of the kids got involved with gangs and fighting so it was a big drama. Then we had to choose out of two options. We could either finish the story or explain a time when I have been an up stander.

So the time when I was an up stander was when me and my friends were walking through the lane ways in term one and we came across a guy getting thrown at the wall and being punched in the face. So after seeing that we all went and found a teacher so they could sort it out.

  3. Great job on this Wānanga task Hayley. I was impressed to see you working well independently and sharing your own experiences in a way which answers the questions and shows that you've listened to the instructions!

I look forward to seeing the rest of your Pink Shirt Day activities posted to your blog :)
