DAY 7: Spirit in Motion –The Paralympic Games

Activity 1. We have to Imagine that we were asked to compete in a tandem cycling event and you had to choose one person to compete with. Who would it be?

If i had to choose someone it would be Erika because...

1. Shes my best friend
2. I look up to her
3. she would support me non stop

That is why i would choose Erika.

Activity 2. We have to  help raise funds to support our amazing Paralympic athletes? On our blog, list 2 different ways in which you, my family or friends could raise money to support the athletes.

I would make a lemonade stand because…

1. Everybody likes lemonade
2. Its nice to help others

That's why i would choose a lemonade stand.

Use your awesome imagination to design a brand new Paralympic sport. Please remember that some of the athletes will not be able to walk or run and others may be blind or deaf. On your blog, please write:

1. The name of your sport,
2. A brief description of how you play the sport, and
3. Three rules for the sport

I would make up a sport called wheelchair hockey because it would be a great thing to see the disability people take a chance to show who they really are.

DAY 6: Entertaining the crowd

Activity 1. We have to rate the uniforms for the olympics comment on witch one you like the best.

I think this uniform is great because of the style but i do not like the jacket so i give this a silver medal

I think this uniform is not a good style because of the shirt it is not a good thing i give this a bronze medal

I think this uniform is really awesome because of the style of fern on the top and the shirts and top got together so i give this a gold  medal

2008 olympics

2004 olympics Activity 2. We have to choose the person to make the open ceremony for 2024 please comment.

I think he is a good person to take because he is a good person to look up to because he is the prime minister.  Another good reason is because he acts as a good role model and i look up to him because if he was not alive i don't know what i would do without you.

Bonus. We have to carry on from the paragraph that we started of with comment if you think Donald trump would do that.

Imagine that you are sitting in the crowd at the opening ceremonies for the Rio Olympics this August. The ceremony has just started and all of the Olympic athletes are parading around the stadium in their uniforms when all of a sudden…  an athlete came rushing for me and told me that they saw a person in a black  costume come  and steal the flame. She told me that he was heading for the hospital so i said i would try and find  the flame so i went to the hospital. When i got  to the hospital i went to the caretaker and asked him if he had seen anything and he said that he put a person in a black costume in the caretaker's room. Great i said i will go and find out who they are so i went and had a look and i was not surprised to find Donald trump in the costume with the flame!!! So i called the police and they took him away to jail and i took the flame back to the athlete and she was so pleased.     THE END

If i was at the Olympics, I would be reporting and reporting and reporting. I would love to go to every single sport and talk to some of the people their like Valerie Adams and Michael Phelps. That is what i would do if i were at the Olympics.

3 Famous Landmarks In New Zealand

Sky tower in auckland: I think this is a good landmark because It makes the city stand out apart from the traffic.  

Big Salmon in Rakaia : I think this is a good landmark because it represents the place.

Moeraki Boulders: I think this is a good landmark because it is a natural feature.
